In order to have sufficient load-bearing capacity, some preparations must be made for the lower bearing layer of the photovoltaic support before construction to meet the requirements of the installation of the photovoltaic support. The related preparations are not very complicated, but they all require us to complete them carefully. The main points are as follows:
The preparatory work we are talking about is actually a strict acceptance of the lower bearing layer. Starting from the surface layer, it must be flat and solid; followed by various technical parameters, such as width, thickness, vertical and horizontal section elevation, flatness, and compaction. And so on must meet the design and specification requirements. If these aspects are fully qualified, the cleanliness of it must be restored.
The next step is to restore the center line, and nail the steel pole pile at a certain position outside the sideline, and erect a steel wire on the steel pole pile as the elevation control line of the paver. After the above preparations are completed, the installation and construction of the photovoltaic bracket can be carried out with confidence.
