Installation Sequence
The assembly diagram provides detailed instructions for proper barrier installation. Follow these instructions fully and precisely.
Main Steps:
- Mark a continuous reference line on the ground to align the posts and beams.
- Place the beams along the reference line, considering the direction of traffic.
- Lift and place the designated posts vertically, as per the drawings.
- Drive the posts into the ground to a depth of 1,080 mm (or as specified), spacing them 2,000 mm or 4,000 mm apart. Use a pile driver for this step. During installation, ensure:
.Proper alignment and leveling of posts
.Accurate spacing
.Vertical positioning
.Correct distance from the embankment
All according to the dimensions and tolerances provided in the approved drawings.
.Attach spacers to the posts using M16×50 mm bolts.
- Assemble the beams that were placed along the ground, securing them to the spacers with M16×45 mm bolts. Connect the beams themselves using the supplied M16×35 mm bolts.
- Use calibrated pneumatic screwdrivers to tighten all bolts and nuts, ensuring proper levels and alignment.
- Installation must always be supervised by a qualified technician and carried out in full compliance with the final drawings and all current safety regulations.
When installation is performed in active traffic areas, all necessary road signs must be placed to direct traffic and protect workers, in accordance with local safety regulations.
Barrier components may be unloaded from transport vehicles using a crane mounted on the vehicle or a forklift, following all applicable safety standards.
All workers must be equipped with required personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety shoes, gloves, goggles, and—where necessary—helmets, safety harnesses, and any other equipment required by the site and current safety regulations.

Inspection of Installation Conformity
The responsible technician must verify conformity before, during, and after installation using appropriate measuring tools. Inspections should include:
- Full compliance of the installation with the final reference drawings.
- Verification of post spacing, the height of the top beam, and edge clearances, in accordance with final design specifications—including expansion joints and terminal sections.
- Correct length and alignment of the installation, based on road layout and elevation (altimetry).
- Proper bolt torque values as specified in the assembly diagram.
- Adherence to all applicable safety regulations.
