C-shaped steel is commonly used in aerial power stations in photovoltaic brackets, and its material is normally Q235 carbon steel, and its specifications are mainly 41*41mm. This product is mainly used in the air system, and its angle can be adjusted freely to exert a larger carrying capacity.

The C-shaped steel in photovoltaic brackets can be divided into two types: framed and frameless. They can be installed horizontally or vertically, and the width of the module can be set at will, so as to play a good stabilization effect.

In addition to the C-shaped steel, the large components of the photovoltaic support will also involve two materials: aluminum alloy and stainless steel. Of course, galvanized steel pipe materials are sometimes used instead. In the case of aluminum alloy photovoltaic stents, the surface is generally treated with normal anodic oxidation and anti-corrosion treatment to obtain a good oxide film, thereby improving its corrosion resistance.

In general, the material of the photovoltaic support is more critical. Different materials have different properties and different processing methods, which must be distinguished.
